also love to be set a task and given the opportunity to work on it independently then share what i've done back to the group and ask for help.

I am very active - exercise keeps me happy.

I would definitely add something like 'very clear, concise, and effective communication.' You are great at expressing your ideas. People with a teaching background like yours have amazing communication skills.
