Fira Code font i am using and github dark theme

Oh I see it image I think it is an issue with the font it is recommended that you use the nerd fonts as some other fonts can cause issues like this

I can confirm I've also experienced that issue. I believe it comes from the fact that the font is rendering at X4 quality.

The thing with that font is that it's probably the version provided by google fonts, they are known to modify some fonts slightly for some reason and cause stuff like this, I tried it with my own fira code version (not the one from google fonts) and there are no visual bugs like this one
