No such thing as BulkErrorEvent? #121

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to check for errors during loading but "BulkErrorEvent" noted on 
http://code.google.com/p/bulk-loader/wiki/HowToUseEvents
DOES NOT EXIST.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version, OSX

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi Gerry.

My bad, the wiki pointed to a older version of error events. For a while, 
errors are regular ErrorEvent objects.

This was fixed in rev 325.
