Support `bicycle:side=value` directional preset fields #1338

In iD, when editing this way, I see

In Rapid this field is missing.

It was introduced as an update to the directional fields a while back (directionalCombo). It would be great if Rapid could support this kind of fields as well.

Oh, thanks for reporting this.. I noticed this a while ago on #846 and mentioned it there, but I forgot about it. A handful of new field types that got added to the id-tagging-schema right when we were working on the WebGL rewrite and we didn't have time to add support for them. They are kind of low importance, but I agree we should add them.
