Browser upgrade banner cause cutoff of Mapillary viewer and bottom part of map container #698

Description

Mapillary view seems to sink below and be cut off at bottom of the viewport because the banner cannot be removed. The user describes the banner as feeling too much like a phishing attempt (which to me feels like on a BitTorrent website too, not a good feeling from the user seeing this, and skeptical about following the button)

Completely agree that this dialog looks 'phishy'. I was taken aback when I first saw it too!

Oh yeah we can relax the rules about what browser-update will prompt the user about.
The main reason I added this was to warn people still on IE11 that the site would not work.
