Date time Italian language improvement #587

Hello, I have seen two little issues in the italian language, using "wit.ai".

-The hour with a dot form (e.g. "11.30") is not completely recognized: it is recognized just "11.00" -If I wrote "martedì prossimo" ( next Tuesday), it is not recognized the correct date: if today is 28 March 21, it is recognized 6 April in place of 30 March.

Likely because there is no rule for detecting it.

-If I wrote "martedì prossimo" ( next Tuesday), it is not recognized the correct date: if today is 28 March 21, it is recognized 6 April in place of 30 March.

'next' is not recognised as 'upcoming', rather it increments the date by 1 based on the time grain.
