Fix recreating FacebookActivity with LoginFragment

Fix for this issue https://github.com/facebook/facebook-android-sdk/issues/1151 When we try to recreate FacebookActivity with LoginFragment, we need to reinitialize SDK first, then we can start recreating fragments.
