Search Regions Request and Response classes not available

Which SDK version are you using?

     v5.0

What's the issue?

     No bean available to load load list of regions

Steps/Sample code to reproduce the issue

     We would like to search the list of regions as shown below using java api, but no equivalent api & bean are available for this:

Observed Results:

We do get back results when we make the call on postman

What happened? This could be a description, log output, etc. but couldnt get the same data in any bean.

Expected Results:

Please let us know the equivalent java Request and Response classes for the same
