Seeing "Unsupported request - method type: post" error messages when using Java SDK, but the same request on Graph Explorer works as expected

I'm seeing this error specifically when we attempt to track customer's Ad by setting a tracked creative.

Here's the full error message: "{"error":{"message":"Unsupported request - method type: post","type":"GraphMethodException","code":100,"fbtrace_id":"AKsGyyK4z2f5zUzrk5GTAcz"}}"

I created a FB bug ticket, but because they don't support Java SDK, I was directed here.
