Replace deprecated dependencies #522

Both @babel/plugin-proposal-class-properties and @babel/plugin-proposal-object-rest-spread are now deprecated.

Fixes #518

Is there a timeline for new releases? We are awaiting those changes especially for babel-preset-fbjs to fix vulnerabilities in our project.
