XCode not detected but is installed #3940

To Reproduce

i tried to install flipper via .dmg file but it doesn't change the situation

Environment

xcode installed via app store, flipper installed via brew

i still have the same problem, nobody know how to fix it? I upgraded to RN version 0.70.1, and now without this debugging is impossible

Is that something related to zsh vs /bin/sh as they are different shells? Not sure why /bin/sh cannot run the commands.
