This PR only adds a badge with the link to the ktmft Slack channel in Kotlinlang.

The Facebook build badge is broken, if not, they would appear inline.

Would you mind also adding a session asking people to "Join our Slack" or something, making it clear they have to use this link to sign up? https://surveys.jetbrains.com/s3/kotlin-slack-sign-up

At this point it's not really clear how to join and I wanted to facilitate things. What do you think?
