Bug: [Lexical-playground] Center the fontSize button in the ToolbarPlugin and vertical scroll showing #6785

Lexical version: 0.19.0

To reproduce

Try resizing the tab(to a smaller size) of the lexical playground(for example, pairing it up with another tab on your computer), the button looks hidden a little bit and it does not look pretty.

Impact of fix

Not a big deal, but it can look better, design wise especially using it alongside another tab on a smaller screen
