I am a new contributor for this project. We want to ask if we can have a maintainer to approve our work and can add agc032a meta layer into meta-delta layer. Or just pull a new request?

We don't have the bandwidth to support external contributions for BMC systems. I suggest contributing to openbmc/openbmc.
