Write_stress cored dumped #3191

Expected behavior

Expected to see the results of the stress test

Actual behavior

Write to DB failed: IO error: While open a file for appending: /tmp/rocksdbtest-1000/write_stress/004853.sst: Too many open files Aborted (core dumped)

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Distributor ID: Ubuntu Description: Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS Release: 16.04 Codename: xenial Compilers: G++ and GCC 5 Build With: make all Execute: write_stress

ulimit -a ## Soft limit:
ulimit -a -H ## Hard limit:
cat /proc/$PID/limits
max_open_files config value in rocksdb
