The getting started page references the ghstack workflow, but the Pull requests section it links to no longer talks about ghstack (seems it was removed in https://github.com/facebook/sapling/commit/68cde3c87d1ad917d35e4e8b19a685cd501f1d2e). Is using ghstack with Sapling still supported? It's still included under the list of commands.
