Ubuntu 24 Support #900

Currently building from source as the Ubuntu 22 deb won't currently install on Ubuntu 24 (Which is an LTS release at least!)

I seem to have managed to get it built, but

  1. I needed to explicitly change the makefile to call python3.10, which I explicitly ...
  2. Installed Python 3.10 from the deadsnakes PPA
