Wangle - Vcpkg - Windows (wvw) #199

Hi there. Is Wangle compatible with windows? The vcpkg documentation does not recommend installing it on windows. Currently it is not being able to compile in windows due to an error in the compiler. This can be replicated in a windows environment.
