Release v2022.12.19.00 is missing windows zip archive #1082

The latest release is missing the windows zip archive. Looking at the logs, there is a failure in the windows build of the release action.

Seems like the latest release has it instead: https://github.com/facebook/watchman/releases/tag/v2023.01.02.00
