Things I’ve done to figure out my issue

Deleted all modules and lock file.
Clone the codebase on another machine.
Tried with multiple java versions.
Ran an upgrade: [https://react-native-community.github.io/upgrade-helper/?from=0.72.3&to=0.73.6]
