Currently on a fresh install of watchman on a m1 mac I'm getting the error

Failed to open /Users/{user}/Library/LaunchAgents/com.github.facebook.watchman.plist for write: Not a directory

Not sure how to move past this, as I'm trying to work on a fresh install of react native and this is stopping progression

OS: Monterey 16.0.1

There was no /Library/LaunchAgents/ directory, there was only a LaunchAgents.plist file
