sip server doesn't use environment variables #32

Endagaweb env variables aren't installed on SIP prod server, so the location of api-int is manually changed to the appropriate host. This should be changed.

This sounds like a reasonable candidate for a small PR, so I'm closing the issue but will gladly accept such a change.
