Large catalog not synced to Facebook #134

Hi, I already update the newest version 2.1.5, but there is an error in the Facebook ADS panel. Anyone help me? My website more than 18000 product and 3 languages. The FB extension is very important for us. Thx.

And Pixel cant use. can not receive the website traffic. Do you have the same error with me?

Try to delete your cache from the dashboard, redis cache (if any) and also refresh the modifications... It should works.

Thx cepcemuh. Unfortunately, the error still exists, and I tried to uninstall and clear the cache then restart the extension. Anyway, thx for your help:)

@lcfigo Thank you for the feedback. I see there are 2 issues.

  1. For the error reflected on Facebook ads extension admin panel, the reason is because your OpenCart products is not successfully synced to Facebook. We have outlined some strategies for you to try. Specifically, I will suggest for you to look at your MySQL error logs to see if there's problem with MySQL shut down during the catalog sync. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1JPXQ0mS1pGk2Bat9RV02vYNdbRfCLP9r

  2. For the pixel error, can you share your website URL with us.

Thx Shue249, our link is https://cicmb2b.com For the first error, I do not very understand, because I don't have much MySQL knowledge, I install just like the video you shared. It worked in the last version, but the newest version occurs the error. Thx again for everything.

What is left pending on your setup is the missing products in Facebook catalog as the plugin wasnt able to successfully create the feed file from your OpenCart products.

Will you have access to any technical developers which can help you take a look at the Mysql setup? image

Thx, Shue249. Unfortunately, I have no technical to help me right now. Is there any way? I can study or pay for someone help me fix my site. Because since this error occurred, I can't use pixels very well.

@lcfigo Are all your 17K+ products available in store now? Are you able to disable or delete away products no longer selling? That will help to reduce the number of total products and possibly able to complete the sync

Hi Shue249, actually, we have more products, and we update every day because we are B2B and more than 80 shops here, we are now considering using a new platform to build our website, it may take months to a year. And we found so many people are using mobile, opencart is not the best choice I think. Can you help me, o do you have any idea?
