Can you share with us a screenshot of the bubble blocking your site elements on mobile?
I am trying to enable it in the new version 3.0 but i can't find it anymore in this new window.

To hide the Facebook Messenger Chat plugin in mobile, you will have to make customisation to your OpenCart website's CSS to target the Facebook Messenger Chat plugin div.
That being said, please download the latest version of the Facebook Business Extension plugin for OpenCart (version 4.0.2) from OpenCart Marketplace. We have revamped the entire plugin, improved the plugin and resolved most of the bugs and issues that users are having with the previous versions.
To uninstall the existing FBE plugin (version 3.1.2 and below), please follow the guide here.
For installation of the latest FBE plugin (version 4.0.0 and above), please follow the guide here.

Dear community,
I am having an issue with the messenger bubble in mobile devices. Due to the small screen size, the bubble is overlapping with many site elements, resulting in harder mobile navigation. Is it possible to somehow disable the messenger bubble only in mobile devices but keep it enabled in desktop view ? Maybe give an option to enable or disable in mobile devices in next update ?
