The sudo: tag is now fully deprecated in Travis CI #37

sudo: required no longer is. Travis CI has fully deprecated the sudo: tag because the sudo command is now always available and there is no way to turn it off.

Thanks for the great suggestion! Since Bistro isn't the source of truth for fbcode_builder, I'm manually merging this to the source of truth, and it will show up as a generated commit for Bistro and all other dependent projects.
