Locale Language for Chat #103

On Magento 1 version I set language Italian for frontend but I get the chat in English language.

Settings in Facebook page let to create the code to insert in the site but this magento extension let to enable this feature but doesn't has any setting for locale.

Hi, thanks for your question. I don't know the answer to this since it's a new feature, but I'll ask our messenger chat expert @liyu1981 who added it and get back to you. There should be a settings page for messenger chat, but I'm not sure if there is language control...

I have the same issue. In case my language is portuguese (Brazil). I setUp but not worked. Always show in English. How to fix that? My module is 2.6.2 version

@cesaroito, the issue is now resolvable by using the customization dialog, see below a screenshot of what you will see yu li - pixelcloud 2019-01-18 10-43-57 you can find this feature by

  1. first update your woocommerce plugin to newest version
  2. open facebook business window, find the messenger card, open it
  3. then you should be able to see "edit" button and click it you will see customization dialog to customize your locale

Hello @liyu1981 I use Magento, not Woocommerce. I made this configuration to Brazilian Portuguese, but did not work for me. Still in English.
