Can you upgrade to the latest version of the extension v2.4.2 and please take a look at #21 #42 and try to see if any of the suggestions in those issues fix the issue?

Usually this happens because your sample products could not be fetched correctly due to an exception.

6 years ago We have updated extension to version v2.4.2 but nothing happens. The problem is stayed without any changes. Also we have tried to do the following steps:

6 years ago Hi @slaviksm8, it doesn't seem like there is a problem in the code you linked, it executed correctly when I ran it. I'm guessing the problem is in the source somewhere else on the screen.
If you email us the full source at ads_extension@fb.com or email us temporary login credentials to your site, and we can take a look.
If neither of those are good options, we are working on a debug version in #53 which should be able to handle cases like this and identify the cause. Thanks for your patience.
