Add different team types (selected at registration) #117

Sometimes the CTF is organized for a given group (for example high school students), but it is open for everyone. Since only they are entitled for the prices, upon registration the users should be able to select whether they are from that group or not.

I think different team types should have there own Scoreboard, maybe also with a global one.

Leaderboard is a question, whether that should be restricted to types or global or maybe both: selection_002

What do you think?

This is a good point @markszabo. We had this issue in the past actually, having to run a competition with a single scoreboard but multiple categories of participants. We decided to have separate scoreboards but we did not have the leaderboard back then. I like your approach, but it might add a lot of text. @gsingh93 thoughts?

Yea, I want this feature. I also agree we should display it a bit differently, so there's less text.
