Popup Dialog for type annotations not resolution-aware

Ok got ide-flowtype working a bit, not even really sure how at this point but it seems to be runnign thus far ... but just a quick a thing I noticed. I use portrait monitor for coding. When I expand a type that has a lot of unions it runs right off the screen rather than the unions being positioned on new lines.

Def a tricky one to get perfect I would imagine and not a critical bug here but something to be aware of!

Thanks for reporting @bradennapier! This is actually an issue with atom-ide-ui and should be addressed over there. I'll make sure the right folks see this.
