Flow crashes with error code 12 #57

Flow works fine with CLI tools, but crashes in ide-flowtype with error code 12 thrown

Not sure what happened. Here's my plugins version:

A bit of research i found out that error code 12 is actually flow can't find .flowconfig. This probably related to #13? Though in my case the .flowconfig is put directly in root folder.
