Rename `nuclide-file-tree:blah` to `tree-view:blah`

Expected Behavior

I expected to use tree-view:blah for my keybindings and editor commands.

Actual Behavior

These commands do not exist, now that Nuclide has replaced tree-view with nuclide-file-tree.
