🐛 Bug Report

CLA link in the CONTRIBUTING.md file is broken.

To Reproduce

Click on the CONTRIBUTING.md file inside the master repository
The content within CONTRIBUTING.md will be displayed
Click on the CLA link to be taken to an external page to sign
A Facebook developer page opens with the message "Sorry, the link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed."

Expected Behavior

A page to sign a CLA.
