Remove react-styles dependency #50

In order to reduce the number of new concepts people new to React have to understand, let's remove the react-page dependency. This feels more like a nice addon that people might or might not like.

@kassens I don't think anyone would feel strongly. Please feel free to remove react-style and make a branch of something that demonstrates how to use it.
