Removing PATENTS file #653

Hi Stetho folk

In #568 it was asked that Stetho follow other Facebook projects in moving from BSD+PATENTS to MIT. That issue was resolved favourably by moving from BSD->MIT, but the PATENTS file was not removed. I think the intent of #568 was to also remove the PATENTS file. Could it be dropped from the license?
