Database Inspection Loading Blank Page #682

So i was just adding so code to my project and i tried to inspect my project and then it started to display a blank screen. I've Updated Both chrome on my Mobile, PC and emulator and reinstalled Android System webview. I have tried to reset the adb server and that has not worked as well. When i try to inspect a chrome page on the emulator it gives me this screen. Any help would be appreciated as i am out of idea of what to do.

Okay So for me I Just Installed Google Chrome Canary and inspected my devices on that browser and it worked not sure why though and not sure why this error occurred in the first place.
