move java lib to subdir

DO we need a new README in the base dir? I have no idea what I am doing

Are we going to ever implement swift for other languages? It seems at least the annotation part of swift is java-only.

Li, the latest thrift async stuff is also going to be named swift.

Andrew might be the best person to look at this. I think o long as we continue to build the java stuff in maven, I have no other concerns.
