Main changes:

Added @ rdname to each documentation for S3 methods to be included under the same function (i.e. print, summary, plot).
For these methods, we also added an order to decide how they should appear in the documentations.
This is clearer and reduces files in the man folder, AND reduces the code by +300 lines .
