move CommutingZones from Imports to Suggests.
new CommutingZones usage guide on website walkthrough
styler whole package

Can I ask you to break this in 2 PR?

One for the lint of the code
One for the actual change regarding CommutingZones As it is now, it is a bit harder to properly review the code changes due to CommutingZOnes
