Summary: This is an intermidate diff to keep ShipIt from OOMing, full summary of changes in D42151461.

Intel has retired download.01.org json events and moved them over to github with several changes.

Version json files no longer exist
Json files now included a header and event section.
List of events in the Event section is equivalent to old files
mapfiles.csv has three new sections: Core Type, Native Model ID, and Core Role Name
