Amended copyright notice #79

Motivation

Our copyright notice requires a slightly different format.

I've also removed an outdated message from README.md and fixed linting issues.

Changes proposed

Replace copyright notices with single line, "Copyright (C) Meta Platforms, Inc"

Test Plan

python scripts/copyright_headers.py --check flowtorch tests scripts examples
