fixing xdpdump #144

it looks like xdpdump tool have not seen love for a while. in current state it does not compile. this diff rework XdpEvenReader to reflect the same changes as in f8480b930e1f80844aa436f914dcf34dcf7647b3 + rework bcc helper (since they have changed their name from bpf to bcc )
