Possibility to abstract the stat collector #134

Hi, we are running kernel 4.5 now which does not have PSI. Any plan to abstract this part to be configurable instead of having to read stat from the PSI output?

Probably not. The whole premise behind oomd is to take advantage of PSI and without it I don't think oomd would work.
