Title: "Unknown iD instance" in OSMCha

Description: In OSMCha there seems a rule to warn about "Unknown iD instance", see e.g. https://osmcha.org/changesets/89352623 . And often the OSMCha report in addition says "Source: Not reported"

Can you fix that?

It's obvious that possible actions may also involve more training of the FB mappers, but this systematic problem report in OSMCha also has some actionable technical aspects at your iD fork) and/or OSMCha rules .

RapiD changesets are no longer flagged as "Unknown iD instance". Closing
