Fixing misc errors. #221

Summary:

  1. added custom JSON encoder to support TransitionConfig and TransitionEffect;
  2. fixed paths for screenshots used;
  3. added different path for bounding boxes used;
  4. added retries for Manifold fetch operations;
  5. made sure the path was local for insert_in_background when processing input video;
