Train ELQ biencoder on wiki_all_ents #97

Hi, I would like to train the ELQ biencoder with the Wikipedia data wiki_all_ents as referred to in some of the scripts. Would appreciate it if you could provide us with this dataset for training purposes (I tried KILT, but it does not seem to be in the correct format for ELQ).
