As discussed in original diff D24880780 (https://github.com/facebookresearch/ClassyVision/commit/0825d734116268b9dc79aae39a5819c8f5f46740), mannatsingh will implement to better support EMA as opposed to dealing with state of al hooks. Revert this diff.
