Is there a way to get the clinical trials for a particular gene and variant inclusion criteria #27

I would like to get the clinical trials for a particular gene and variant inclusion criteria. Is there a way to get that using the clinical trial parser? If so, what is the procedure to do that? I have already cloned the repository. Any help in this direction wold be useful. Thank you.
