Can't find the files ‘gee_county_lc.py’ and ‘gee_landcover.py’ #1

I‘m tring to run your code. However, I couldn't find the files ‘gee_county_lc.py’ and ‘gee_landcover.py’ to prepare the data. Could you provide those two files? Or, could you provide some example data?
