will this support chinese, and the file are too large to download in china

is there any suggestions?

A copy of the data was uploaded to BaiduNetdisk (see #35) by @fisherwangcn. Perhaps that will provide a faster download.

As far as language support, it only supports English and there are no plans to make it multi-lingual now.
