Adding a general template for an EGG game

Description

Adding a modular template for an EGG game. It requires some things to be adapted or re-defined but hopefully it provides a general framework for more complex games.

Motivation and Context

Given the different structure of the EGG games in zoo I thought it'd could be useful to add a general template that I've been using for recent projects
